Description
Bhel Puri is often identified with the beaches of Mumbai, such as Chowpatty or Juhu. Bhel Puri is made with puffed rice and sev (vermicelli-like deep-fried chickpea flour noodles). These dry ingredients are then mixed with onions, potatoes, chat masala (spices) and two tangy chutneys: sweet tamarind chutney, garlic chutney, and fresh green coriander chutney. It is spicy, but also sweet, tart, and salty.
Please choose your spice level when ordering.
