Description
Idli Sambhar are almost inseparable members on a traditional South Indian platter. Idli are fluffy steamed cakes made of fermented rice and lentil batter. Sambhar is basically spiced lentil and vegetable soup. A healthy nutritious light meal. Coconut Chutney is served with this dish.
Vegan option: second portion of sambhar instead of coconut chutney.
