Sev Puri is a very popular spicy, sweet, tangy chaat snack from Mumbai due to the delicious range of texture and tastes mingling in your mouth. These delicious bites are made by assembling puri (a small, round piece of deep-fried hollow bread made of unleavened wheat flour) potato, onion and three delicious chutneys (garlic, coriander and tamarind), then topping it off with chaat masala (spices) and crunchy sev (vermicelli-like deep-fried chickpea flour noodles).
