Kesar Falooda is a simple, yet lovely, dessert drink with saffron & pistachio flavored milk. Kesar means saffron and pista is the hindi word for pistachios. The dessert drink is made by layering sabja seeds (basil seeds), falooda seeds (vermicelli), the flavoured milk and then topping it off with icecream, whipped, dried fruits and nuts. Sabja seeds offer immense health benefits. A delicious dessert drink, best eaten with a long spoon!
