Description
Masala Papad is a North Indian snack made with the popular Papad (papadum) that is fried. A papad is a thin, crisp, round flatbread made from peeled black gram flour (urad flour). It is topped with a spicy and tangy mixture of onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder.
