Description
Papri Bhalla Chat is traditionally prepared using crisp fried dough wafers known as “papri”, along with boiled chick peas, boiled potatoes, bhalla (urad daal), dahi (yogurt) and tamarind chutney, then topped with chaat masala and sev. The papri are made from maida – refined white flour. Coriander and spices are also used. The dish has sweet, sour, tangy and spicy flavors and a creamy, crunchy texture.
