Roti are a simple, but delicious, whole-wheat flat-bread, also known as Chapati. Roti are made from stoneground wholemeal flour, traditionally known as atta, combined with water into a dough. A staple of every day Indian life, best eaten with daal or curries, but versatile as a base for any Indian meal.
