Terms & Conditions of Trade


1. We will endeavour to give the curry options as indicated by you on your order, subject to availability.

2. We cannot guarantee that all the curry options given under the various meals, listed on our menu will always be available.

3. Please feel free to check with us in relation to availability of your preferred curry option & Allergen Information, to avoid disappointment. You can reach us at this number: 09-8469393 and our friendly staff will be happy to guide you.

4. Due to the nature of the transaction, we are unable to process any refunds. Kindly check your order before you pay and submit it.

5. All orders will be ready for pickup from our Sandringham store within 30 minutes. However there may sometimes be a delay due to the current situation.

6. We have a no refund policy if you change your mind about an item. Once the order is placed, we will prepare your meal as per your order. Kindly check your order carefully before placing the order.

7. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST.

8. Due to the current circumstances, there will be a small transaction cost of a minimum of 50c or 5% whichever is greater on all transactions.


10. Your information will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. No credit card information is stored by us. All New Zealand privacy laws will be observed.
